The summer is approaching fast, I know we are want to fit in those two-piece bathing suits. Well, some of us any way. Please be mindful of your sugar intake that is what really keep us FAT. Remember to stay active and exercise as much as you can. Eat plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables. You will be able to fit that bathing suit soon! learn that you are beautiful at any size. God does not create junk.

The new year  has started and now it’s time to get into shape. We all have made those resolutions that we don’t keep. so let’s be mindful of our health and exercise three times a week, drink plenty of water eat plenty of fruits and vegetables to keep your colon clean. keep a food journal to watch what you consume and you will be on  the road to good health.
