Our lives are so busy from day to day. But let’s not forget the most important people in our everyday lives. Please take a few  moments from your busy schedule this week and every week, just to say hello, how are you ? Remember a card, a phone call, and a email can brighten any one’s day. Let us be more attentive to the one we love. You know tomorrow is  never promised to any of us only what is in front of you today. So love somebody and hug somebody by keeping in touch.

The new year  has started and now it’s time to get into shape. We all have made those resolutions that we don’t keep. so let’s be mindful of our health and exercise three times a week, drink plenty of water eat plenty of fruits and vegetables to keep your colon clean. keep a food journal to watch what you consume and you will be on  the road to good health.

This past Tuesday in Haiti an earthquake hit  and devastated the entire country. I am asking for your help any way you can to give what you can for the people of  Haiti. Please pray that the people will get what they need to survive this ordeal.  So, let’s open our heart with gladness and give what you can. I am sure it will be greatly appreciated.
